Please check if the drive is recognized in Disk Management and in Device Manager. When in Disk Management, check if the flash drive has a proper file format and drive letter. Try to uninstall the device from Device Manager. Restart the PC and plug the drive back in.
I strongly recommend you to try the device on another PC. Is the situation the same? Please let me know if there is any progress.
