Hi my friend got a lg x12 which he knows nothing about anything. I'm not much better. The lg x12 has splashtop os / smarton/ phienix trusted core(tm)set up utility. i can use smarton but the phienix is asking for a code before i can get into the OS.I dont know. Also I can't downlad to upgrade
