Hi there,
Get a Firewall router which will act as your DHCP server/Internet Gateway.
Connect this to a 16 port switch and connect the computers to the switch.
This network topology is known as "Star".
Each computer will receive an IP address from the router and will therefore get internet access.
You can also set up shared folders etc once the LAN is acheived.
If at first you don't succeed; call it version 1.0
