Black screen with cursor

Hello,

I have some issues over my toshiba netbook. It turned out to have a black screen with moving cursor only. I have tried everything starting from the ctrl alt del, to safe mode and even "repair your computer" but everything seemed not working. I also tried the last known config option but still it led me back to the black screen with cursor. Can anyone suggest how i can fix this?
