Cant open my local disk D due to 'restrictions'

Please help me, I cant open my local disk D. Every time I try to open it, it says "restrictions: this operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator." I have looked at other people with this problem and, it doesnt work for me.

Please help, I have important folders there. Thank you :)

Some programs I installed and some files that I would like to get a hold of. Do you know a solution for this kind of problem?
