Hello,

My Microsoft keyboard systematically takes two consecutive keystrokes when I hit one. It is impossible to use. I just changed the battery. Before this it did not show any result when I hit a key. What should I do.

I believe the keyboard may be faulty. You could try removing the keyboard and device drivers using Control pannel and then reinstalling it, but this fix rairly works. it is usually a fault of the keyboard itself.
