Inspiron 15 3000 series laptop - won't get past initial setting

Hi folks

I've just purchased this laptop
- when booting up and going thru initial setup
- the laptop reboots, but goes back to the initial screen when you first power up
- I've looked for any instructions ... Nothing really that makes sense.


Many thanks in advance if any of you folks can recommend

Hello

Your have just purchased it. It's still under warranty.

I strongly recommend that you call Dell about this issue without delay.

Do not try to get an outside solution, you may have purchased a lemon.
