Forgot my yahoo mail account password

Hello,
i bought an apple phone 2010 and included my email, now i have not used any other device since then so i forgot my password, but now i would like to use a new device and laptop i have forgotten my password. i would really appreciate your help. i do access my emails on my old phone but would like to use other devices.
