Hello,

When is the last time you successfully accessed your account? If there is no activity on an account for 30 days or more, it is automatically deleted from the server.

2 years and only now you decide to recover it ! Strange ! Is this an urgent matter?

How do you know that someone changed the password ?

Do you think I'm stupid or what ? I used a public computer in a library because I received messages from my own business email I login 2 yrs ago n changed the password now it's says the password is a old password I ain't stupid if the timed computer ran out of time and I wasn't able to log out then who ever used that computer was able to hack into my account. And I won't be asking for help ? Because someone is sending me emails through my yahoo account.

You first said : yahoo account the phone number was disconnected

Now you say: I used a public computer in a library

and: I login 2 yrs ago n changed the password

Now you also say: who ever used that computer was able to hack into my account

This all very confusing

If you really believe that your account was hacked, the hacker was able to change your recovery address. Hence, there is nothing you can do to recover it.
