Hey there, rahul.
Have you tried that flash drive with a different computer/device, to see if you have the same problem?
It could be some sort of driver issue, so I'd recommend that you reinstall or update the Universal Serial Bus (USB) Controller's driver and make sure that the chipset drivers are up to date as well. If that doesn't work, try to reformat it and see if the issue still continues.
