Trackpad disabled

Hello,
I've clicked F5, which is my disable/enable trackpad function, and it hasn't re-enabled the trackpad. It was working 5 minutes ago and suddenly stopped.

Well, we kind of need to know what kind of computer it is. What is the make and model, and what OS are you using?
