So I have an acer aspire e15 laptop and I had ALOT of viruses on it. So I tried the system restore, while the restore was happening my brother shut off my laptop because he thought that I wasn't using it. Now, when I try to turn on my laptop all it does is, show the acer start up screen, shut off, show the acer start up screen, shut off, (etc..) I know everyone says to take out the battery and do that stuff but my computers battery is on the inside. I tried to take it a part but the battery is connected to ALOT of wires. Please help :(

Hello

First, doing a system restore to get rid of viruses is a mistake. Best to use an antivirus or seek advice from CCM.

The biggest mistake is to shut off the computer when it is in the process of restoring.

The only possibility I can see is to use the recovery disk to reinstall your operating system.

Good luck

That would work but the only problem with that is I have no place to insert a disk on my laptop.

Oh, one of those without a cd player again! I just got a look at the machine. Very sad!

I suggest that your best bet is to contact Acer, here is the contact link:

https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/service-contact I suggest you use the chat option.

Good luck
