I may have deleted ie on my pc

Hello,
i tried to delete un wanted things so i could get a new cd mcafee subscription and now my pc finally says its protected with a current subscription but i cant get on the ie on my pc , im on my laptop now

use your laptop to sownload the IE installer and burn to a disc or usb flashdrive and run it on the pc affected
