Hi Ghanshyam1990,
Could you tell me what you see in Disk Management? The drive has no file format and appears to be not initialized? Could you upload a screenshot? What options do you get when right clicking the pendrive? Is the format option active? I strongly recommend you to try formatting the pendrive while in Safe Mode. Another option is to open Command Prompt and use the following commands:
Diskpart
List Disk
Select disk n (where n is the number of the drive)
Clean
Exit
Press Enter after every command and go back to Disk Management. Is it possible to format the drive?
