After plugging in the device, go to device manager (In run type "devmgmt.msc") In Device manager go to "Universal serial bus controllers" It should list the storage devices that you have connected to your PC. Right click and then click "Uninstall. Remove the USB drive and restart your system.
Try connecting the device again

Hi Zoya,

Pleas follow the steps, provided by Ambucias. Addtionally, check if the drive appears in Disk Management and if it has a proper file format. It would be really helpful if you test the drive on another PC. Is the result the same? If the drive has its own drive letter, open the Command Prompt, typing cmd in the Start search line. Once it is open, type:
Chdksk N: /f

You must replace N with the pendrive’s drive letter. Do you have important data on the drive?

Hope this helps
