Hello,
Am using Dell latitude d610 suddenly its won't turned on when turn on the button 3 green light of scroll lock, upper case lights are blink and turned off what's the problem I can't find out. please help me this issue to make my laptop will turned on.

Hi Kiran,
It seems to be an issue with power.
I would request you to go ahead and follow the below steps in order to diagnose and fix this error.
1) Unplug all devices and cables from Laptop.
2) Remove battery from Laptop, press and hold power button for 1 minute.
3) Turn on the system, see if it works or not.
4) If not then bypass power surge (if any) and connect the laptop power cable directly to wall.
5) Try to turn on system only on power cable (remove battery).
6) Try different battery.
Please reply if it works.
