Need some help with dahm monitor

Hello, aperrantly when I stur my pc up it just does not to get connection to the monitor.no beebs just no signal I have noticed the keyboard also does not work along with the mouse I have removed RAM GPU still nothing I will soon try a new VGA cable. Mabey that's the problem?
