Mail it comes back saying failed

Hi my name is Belinda my e-mail is ***@*** ,my mails where working fine until this week I can't seem to receive or send mails ,this is a major concern as I am job hunting and all mails I sent last week have this mail address please can you assist ,I really need my mails to work every Time I send a mail it comes back saying failed
