Old gmail account to be given back to me.

Hello, good morning , my name is josi silas and im reguesting you to be back on my old gmail account. deleted by moderator@gmail. my phone was stolen my somebody so I tried to access my gmail but I forgot the password so I created a new one . but all my mails come through my old gmail which every body knewed about . thank you very much in advance for your assistant.
