Hi,
You can switch back to a personal account from a business account at anytime by going to your profile > Menu > Settings > Account > Switch to personal account. Your insights will be reset once you switch back to a personal account.
If you can't switch back to a personal account, try unlinking your Facebook page from your Instagram account. This help page will explain you how to proceed.
