Accidentally switched from business to personal!

Hello,

Our business account was accidentally switched from a business account to a personal account. I can't seem to switch it back straight away. Does anyone know how long I have to wait until I can switch it back?

Bonus question, Will I get the insights for the time previous to the switch or will they start fresh?

Hi,

You can switch back to a personal account from a business account at anytime by going to your profile > Menu > Settings > Account > Switch to personal account. Your insights will be reset once you switch back to a personal account.

If you can't switch back to a personal account, try unlinking your Facebook page from your Instagram account. This help page will explain you how to proceed.
