Hi Affiq Hidayat,
Did you connect the drive to another PC in order to format it? If the drive makes grinding noise, sadly, it is highly possible that the drive has failed. Those noises may indicate a mechanical failure which cannot be repaired. Unfortunately, as xpcman suggested, you may need to get a new drive.
In order to save the data, use another PC and if it recognizes the drive, try using some data recovery tools. It is worth the try, even though the mechanical failures usually make drives unusable.
