Monitor display keeps flipping upside down by itself

Hello,

My screen display starts fine but as soon as I click anywhere on the screen it blanks out and reappears upside down. I do Ctr+Shift+Up Arrow and it becomes normal but again the same issue repeats immediately. Any insights or solutions?
