How to sign in gmail using sync from iPhone to PC

Hello,

hi, Im still using my gmail account thru my iphone but i forgot my password, and the thing is i want to sign in using computer' how to sign in using iPhone thru PC ? it is possible to sign in using code or QR code. the google team advise me to change and make a new account. for me it's not necessary
for i can still use it thru my iphone.
