New password did not work and my cell phone number needs updated

Please I need to check my email. My doctor was to send message to patient portal for me to retrieve. I tried to change my password a few days ago and system refused it. I have changed my cell phone number to deleted by moderator. Cell phone number is deleted by moderator. Please I need to get new password now to check my yahoo address that is: ***@***. I also, have old email address as follows: ***@*** that password was deleted by moderator
former password for ***@*** is deleted by moderator
