Can't do recovery

I recently received this computer a toshiba satellite L755d. S6109 part number psk32u- 03p00x and I'm not able to turn it on a message saying I need a recovery disk is need however I don't have one can someone please help me please and thank u

He is looking for a recovery disk, that is more than likely packed up into a partition on the existing harddrive. All one has to do is go to toshiba for instructions on how to un-pack that partition.
