Computer wont recognize recovery disk

Hello, i did a factory reset on my phone and now im in the process of doing a system recovery using the 4 recovery disks i was given when i bought the laptop. the first 2 disks worked fine but the third disk wont do anything. even though the third disk is in and i can hear is working the computer still says insert disk 3. ive waited hours to see if it would start up and ive redone the process many times but with no luck. what should i do.

If it's a recent model then you can purchase a new set of recovery disks from HP. If it's older then your only chance option is to BUY a retail copy of Windows 10. You should do a search to see if the model is compatible with Win 10 first.
