Start Menu Critical Error

I have tried to use the Microsoft forum to no avail. I have recently been getting a "Start menu critical error" after signing in to my computer. I try to access anything on my Start menu, and I get a message saying there is a Critical Error and restart my session. This does nothing. I have my wife set up as a second person on here and if I sign off and go to her session, the Start menu is OK. I have tried numerous hours to figure this out. It's getting pretty frustrating. I am turning to you folks to see if anyone can help.
