Will not connect to Internet

My HP with windows 10 has been working fine now it will not connect to internet. We have tried everything that we can but still won't connect the computer is only 8 months old and it uses windows 10, also i use crhom and internet explorer to access internet and neither work and won't connect what could be the problem? and could you show me how to fix this problem? Thank You.
