Is this a new card. It's probably a counterfeit drive and never had the storage in the first place.

Hi Thiru,
Are the files on the card accessible? If they are, backup all important data and format the card from Disk Management. If the correct capacity is not displayed even after format there may be a problem with the card or, as xpcman said, the drive may be sold with wrong capacity label. In that case, contact the seller.
