Colors became black

Hello,
Win7 here.
My pc colors became like this. I have no idea what caused it.
That first picture is edited by the way so you could see how it looks like on my PC.

All I can see is just pure black (#000000) from 80%
I've tried brightening up the screen and contrast but it's still black.
Please help.

Did you activate one of the disability options anD change it "high contrast"?
