Dell laptop does not boot

I tried to Reboot the del laptop by unplugging and removing the battery And pressing the power key 45 seconds and then tried to power it up...it did not start up...what could be the problem

What's the problem? It's broken. Only a PC Tech with "hands-on" access to the computer can diagnose the problem. I suggest a local PC repair shop or call Dell directly.
