Hi Olambi,
Did anything specific happen when the ports stopped working? Did you make any hardware or software change? I would recommend you to open the Device Manager and search for the USB hubs. Uninstall them and restart the PC. Check again if the ports are working. If you are using a desktop PC, check the ports on the back of the PC. If the situation is the same, open the motherboard manufacturer’s web page and download the updated USB drivers. Install them, restart the PC and try using the ports.
