Hello,
Someone hacked my account and removed my number and mail from account. I already tried to recover my account and reset my password. But I can't log in because it asked for login approval code. As the hacker removed every data I put in my account, I can't receive my code and can't log in now. I already upload government-issued ID and a picture of handwritten code with my face. Facebook asked for additional information. Even after I sent everything, no reply came. It's been like 3days. Please help me to get code from my new mail. I'm really pissed with facebook team. They asked for so many things from the real user but hacker is having fun using my account.

Thank you for your respond. I waited for so long. They asked for additional information and I already provided them completely. But still they don't send code to my new contact email. I know they have a process to solve problems. But this is way too much I think. I've been using that account for 5years. It really matters to me. I can send everything they ask but the hacker removed everything from my account so what can I do. They keep answering the answer which doesn't suit with my problems. This is not a typical thing I know. I feel like they care the users enough.
