Facebook someone posting pics on my page

I am in real trouble these days because of a facebook virus, which shows other friends that i liked something weird/sexual post, which appears automatically in my activity log and goes public on my friends wall or side activity panel.
I have blocked alot of pages but it appears again and again from new pages. Which is very embarrassing for me plz help me to get rid of this virus.
i have attached the picture of one post as an example.
I would really appreciate it.

It's obvious that your account has been hacked.

You can report it to Facebook.
