How to move and extract .bkf file from xp to windows 7?

Hello,



I have 6GB backup file which is created by ntbackup.exe in windows xp, now i want to move this file into windows 7 machine, is it possible?

Well, considering you did not tell us what the file contains, YES it can be used!
