IS the WIFI router the same device as the cable modem, or DSL router?
If it is, then call your ISP and have them help you. If it isn't, what type of WIFI router is it, as each has different configurations, and we can't start you down a path to fixing it without some details about what you are using? Do you have an ethernet cord to plug into? If so, does it work then?
