Problem with internet download manager

Hello,

recently i had some problem with my downloading by internet download manager program. i don't know this problem contains similar programs or not, but when i want to download a file it randomly stuck (1% 20% 70% etc.) and it happen most times on big files. its not about that famous error on 99.99. i had this problem last time (3 month ago ) and i couldn't find any solution so i've reinstalled my os and i don't want to do it again.

i don't know what did i done but anything i remember is 2 days ago i updated windows. i've uninstalled any updates i could and used system restore deleting idm completely with registry keys and installed new version but it didn't work.
