No display when external graphic card is installed

Hello,

recently i installed a graphic card form my old pc to a new one. i have not used the old pc for a while .but after installing the graphic card to my new pc there was no display although the pc was running and i did not connect the GC the monitor so i removed the graphic card and started the pc and every thing works fine so now i know that the graphic card has some issues in it .so is this the end of it or their is a way to fix it
