Hi Kallie Upfold,
When you press the power button you get a message asking for the HDD number? Are able to enter the BIOS menu or the only option you have is to type the number? If it is so, I would recommend you to contact the reseller and ask for some guidance. All the necessary information should be provided in order to use the laptop properly. If I were you, I would check the laptop manual too. There may be some step by step guide how to solve this.
