My laptop hp430 power always on but laptop did not able to start

Hello m having the same problem with a HP laptop here
When I plug the power connector there is a blue light right there on the connector,.. but none of the lights of battery charging or power are turning on
Tried upside down tip, is not working for me
What can I try now?

Try this

1. Remove the battery and cable.

2. Press and hold the power button for 58 seconds.

3. Replug and start.
