Hacked Gmail account

Hello sir/madam.

my one friend has khows my google account password,my google and facebook account password is also same.he changed phone number and name but my email id is also same.so i don't open my facebook account or google account
and i don't changed my password b'coz the verification code goes in my fraind's mobile number.but he's phone number's last two number is 38
i don't khow who is my fariend.............so pls help me
