Hello,

Dude I tried everything but still it's showing the same thing power saving mode and after that screen will be blank

Then the PC is not transmitting a signal to the monitor. Y0u can try disconnecting/reconnecting the cable. Otherwise the problems is probably the video card or motherboard.
