I want to recover my gmail account

Dear sir, kindly help me to restore my gmail account. They are asking for security question etc but my old given phone number to gmail is blocked. i want to give my new phone number for verification code. how can i login in with new phone number kindly help me in this regard.

Hi

You must change the phone number, to do that, you must access your account, since you can't the account is lost. The moral of this story is to keep your accounts up-to-date.
