ACT USER
I am using dlink DIR816. I am not getting the userids of my wifi from yesterday(when the internet was not working for a few hours. I am getting the network as my routers name i.e D-Link_DIR-815. I am not able to either contact the act people or do it in the net as the popup window asking userid and password doesnt come. what is the remedy?

I suggest you return the router to its factory setting using the reset switch on the back. You can then use the default ID and password to rest the settings.
