I suggest you replace the drive. It's possible it has a bad sector that is stopping the Windows install.

Hi Paa,
I am sorry for any inconveniency caused by your WD hard drive. Could you tell me if there is an error message while trying to install Windows? Is it possible that you get a message saying that there is a controller issue? Open the BIOS menu and check if the hard drive is correctly recognized. I strongly recommend you to try installing from another device. If you are using a DVD, try with a bootable USB drive. If you have the option, connect the drive to another PC as a secondary storage drive and check if the drive is accessible.
