Have you used you pen drive another computer before the error occurred?

Hi cgbrowne,
Please open Disk Management and check if the pendrive has a correct file format. Try to change the drive letter, selecting another one that is not in use or reserved. Check the pendrive on another PC, or on a device like a TV or a DVD player. Are the files visible? If you still cannot access them, try using some data recovery tools. Once you copy all the important data format the pen drive.
