Can not log in... my email was not open for a long time

Hello,

I last used my email address long time ago for my emails. I have been using this address for my facebook account recently but could not log in to see my mails.

I know my ID and password.

Any solution to get back my email address? I am expecting a very important email and i have used this address.

Hi

All options to access e-mail from Facebook have been removed, it is no longer possible.
