Don't have battery power saver on the laptop

Hello,


Hi! I have problem. My laptop suddenly get close down and didn't turn back on. Besides, the laptop only have charger while the battery saver is not there with the laptop. I think it become like this while I watching movie in the laptop. Please help me.

From what you said, i understand that your laptop have direct AC power adapter for charging and NOT Battery.

If yes then you check your Adapter is in good condition, Also your laptop is not overheating.
