Download Pictures Programme

Hello,
I have a digital canon IXUS 90 1S camera which I connected to my PC Vista Premium.
It has been working for 4 Months,then suddenly it will not let me download my photos.
I have reloaded the software for my camera several times but it still does not work.
I have tried every USB in the computer, but still not worked.It seems as if the camera is not connected at all to the PC. It works alright on another PC and my other camera works perfectly ok.
Can you please advise me as to what I can do next as I am completely exhausted of options.

Better check out all if your USB drivers are installed and also try to connect your camera with another computer to determine if it is still working properly.
