How to view the files on my second internal hard drive? Closed

i have upgraded my hard drive and operating system at the same time and now i want my all files back from my old hard drive i am running win 10 and was previously on Ubuntu i cart see the drive in file manager but i can in disk management i can not name the drive and it is not named

Linux uses a different file system from Windows and can't directly read a Linux partition.  Perhaps this link might help:
